About The Artists
Brooke Mills
Brooke is an artist by nature. She loves painting, and being creative with color. She has an eye for symmetry, and is meticulous with detail. After years of working in the dental field, it was time for an exciting new career change.

After making the decision to become a permanent makeup artist, Brooke was trained by the Skin and Permanent Makeup Institute.
​
She then opened her studio in Kailua, HI.
After relocating with her family, home to Arizona, Lure Studio can now be found in Mesa, Arizona.

Brooke specializes in hyper-realism, she prides herself in never using a one size fits all "pattern" and creating custom brows, eyeliner, and lip blush that is unique to each client's natural features. Working with the client to improve their self confidence, she is continuously amazed by the power of cosmetic tattooing.
Marlo Whitney
Artist and studio manager, Marlo joins Lure Studio with 3 years of experience as a licensed cosmetic tattooist. In 2019 she began her cosmetic tattoo journey by attending the LureXinkbybritt masterclass course. She brings with her a nearly 20 year career in cosmetology, focusing on advanced techniques in clinical skincare.
Marlo specializes in brows, lips, and eyeliner here at Lure. With an eye for the meticulous, Marlo’s background in aesthetics yields a perfect complement to the art and science of cosmetic tattooing.
