While Arizona has its perks, it’s crucial to choose a PMU artist and trainer who upholds proper protocols and adheres to strict sanitation standards. At Lure Studio, Brooke ensures that all training meets the highest standards, combining advanced techniques with a focus on safety and professionalism. Having started her PMU career in Hawaii under strict regulations in 2016, Brooke continues to teach and operate her studio with those same high standards.

Lure Studio offers training courses for all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner with no prior experience or an experienced artist looking to refine your craft, we’ve got you covered. Beginner courses focus on building a strong foundation, while advanced courses and 1:1 trainings go beyond the basics, helping artists discover and hone their unique artistry. Advanced trainings explore tools, techniques, and personal style, giving you the confidence to elevate your work.

Brooke believes in mastering your tools and embracing your learning process, ensuring the experience is not only effective but also enjoyable. When creativity thrives, artistry blossoms! Advanced one-day trainings require at least one year of PMU experience, with exceptions for prior students who have completed Lure’s fundamentals course. Beyond the classroom, Brooke remains committed to her students, offering ongoing communication and support to help them succeed in their permanent makeup careers.

  • Lure Permanent Cosmetics is now offering payment plans through Cherry!

  • There are a few questions you should consider before training:

    1. Would you consider yourself artistic?

    2. Would you say that you have an eye for symmetry?

    3. Do you have a steady hand?

    4. Are you willing to work hard and continue to practice?

  • Each state and county is different with what they require. Please make sure to call your local health department before signing up for training, because that is who regulates Permanent Makeup in each county. Most states at minimum require you to have a tattoo permit, work in a permitted facility, and receive your Blood-borne Pathogen certificate. Since you are working with blood, it is very important and CRUCIAL to follow the regulations of your county and state. You will also need to have liability insurance and a business license. All of these items can be further discussed in class. 

  • Each course has a cap of 2 students to ensure each student receives individual attention to focus on their own specific needs.

  • A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due on training day. You may pay up front as well.
